The New Studio Saga

August 3

One of the last things I needed before a final inspection was a concrete pad and sidewalks - necessary for handicap access. I decided to layout and form the concrete myself, and then hired Delbert Cagle to come over and do the pour.

Mr. Cagle came to the Nashville area to pour concrete and write songs.

There is always some concrete left over, and I was ready with forms for a planter, a bench and a cylinder. The planter forms were made from left-over T-111 siding, so the finish on the planter is a mirror image of the siding on the wood half of the studio.
